About every other week you will receive the Tech-E-Rescue email dispatch. In the dispatch you will find prompts and instructions to one of the Rescue your Digital Office challenge. By completing these challenges you will gradually improve your digital office situation. The dispatch is designed to keep you on track.

Pre-registration may be required - Occasionally, as needs demand, Luxcentric will conduct workshops, events, and office support hours to facilitate organizing and managing email, files, calendars, and contacts. You can register for, attend these workshops as part of your subscription.

These are a great way to get your stuff in order and keep it that way. You will be able to pop in and ask questions and learn new productivity tricks each time. Spiral Upward!

You can use your roll-over Tackle Time to dig deeper into Digital Office and really conquer tech challenges. 

During 60-minute Tech Tackle sessions, we will focus on the area of your Digital Office where you are having the greatest challenge. This is where we really dig into your system and untangle it so it will no longer give you major troubles.

Your session types will include:

• Planning/Evaluating/Brainstorming: We will continually evaluate your email, files, calendars, contacts, and a bit around the edges to see what is working, not working, and what can be improved. We will talk about how you use your digital devices and what you actually need them to do to support you in your vision.
• Implementation: We will work together toward the goal of streamlining and systematizing your regular workflows and give you the skills and confidence to work efficiently and effectively.
• Streamlining: During the program we will continue to check, test, and adjust your systems so that your digital office supports you and no longer bullies you.
• Spiral Upward: The "Spiral Upward" method means to start where you are and focus on the basics and gradually improve. With every session, you will gain knowledge and proficiency, and become more effective at your work.

You will be amazed at how much we can get done in a 30-mintute session. Clean out an inbox, set up your password manager, or a quick training. Check out the TOPIC TACKLE Scheduling page for easy scheduling and a quick list of things we can do together.

Use your Topic Tackle time to work through the Rescue your Digital Office Game challenges. I can answer any questions you have on the game challenges and offer the occasional EXTRA Topic Tackle to conquer a challenge if you get stuck.

Sometimes there is a faster way that you may not have access to. Occasionally Luxcentric can just log in to your system and get it done (If you choose to give access). This is case-by-case and on a temporary basis (We don’t do general maintenance work)
