Nicole is my Super Hero! When my Mac does something totally normal that I definitely don’t understand, when I hear about someone’s computer spontaneously dying, or when my contact list doesn’t have the names it should have I have Nicole!

As I type this, Carbonite is backing up my computer because Nicole reminded me it’s important to have backups and secondary backups because it’s better to be safe than sorry!
