Rollover Tackle Time allows you to carry over unused minutes from your monthly Tech Tackle allotment to the next month. This flexibility ensures you can save up time for when you really need in-depth tech support.
What is ‘Use-It-or-Lose-It’ Tackle Time? (Lux Lab Pro only)
‘Use-It-or-Lose-It’ Tackle Time refers to additional Tech Tackle minutes that must be used within the given month. These are meant to encourage regular tech check-ins and prevent tech issues from piling up.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain up to 180 minutes of unused Tackle Time, which expires after one year. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness and satisfaction.

I will usually respond to emails within 24 hours during the week (M-F) and can get you in for an appointment within 2 weeks (Usually within a day or 2 for subscribers).
