My Promise

I will work with you to provide the training services offered within the time limits and subscription period designated for each product. Typically, Luxcentric sets the subscription period to end within X months of your purchase of a product or service. Luxcentric reserves the right to charge additional amounts for a Program, Product, or Service if, in Luxcentric’s opinion, the time to complete the Program, Product, or Service significantly and unreasonably exceeds the time limits allotted by Luxcentric for the Program, Product, or Service you purchased.

If something goes wrong with the training, I commit to working with you to work for an acceptable resolution with a key goal of helping you complete the training. I will always treat your digital information with confidentiality and responsibility. Any files shared with me during the course of our association will be securely deleted from my systems at the completion of the project for which they were needed. I will expect and gladly sign, any non-disclosure agreements you require.

I make every effort to respond to calls and emails within 24 hours except on holidays or weekends. Please be patient, technology does occasionally glitch. If I do not respond within that time frame please contact me again.

Luxcentric Expectations

You will schedule your trainings at a mutually convenient time with all training sessions to be completed before the expiration of your subscription period. Please clear your calendar and be available and free from distractions with your computer booted up and ready for our remote or on location sessions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give Luxcentric as much notice as possible so your coach can use that time effectively.

Please be open and communicative with how things are going for you throughout the process of working with Luxcentric. It is your responsibility to let your coach know if something is troubling you about the service provided. If in the unlikely event that we cannot come to an acceptable resolution to a problem, we will proceed through mediation, and, if necessary because a matter remains unresolved after an attempted mediation, arbitration. Any such mediation or arbitration shall occur in King County, Washington.

If Luxcentric is found liable through any such mediation or arbitration, you agree that the maximum liability of Luxcentric or any of its coaches shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Luxcentric for any Program, Product, or Service. It is the sincere desire of Luxcentric to offer valuable and useful products and services.

Passwords

Because of the sensitive nature of passwords, it is important that you are able to keep your passwords safe. While working together it may be necessary for a Luxcentric coach to help you with your passwords. If this is the case it will be your responsibility to change your password once you have completed your work together. If you need help with the process of changing your password please let the coach know and they will be happy to provide you instruction.
