Hello and welcome! I’m Nicole Lux-Ritchie, founder of Luxcentric and your dedicated technology guide.

I’ve had the joy of working with small businesses, solopreneurs, and tech-shy individuals for over two decades, helping them build sustainable businesses and implement technology best practices.

Inspired by My Grandmother’s Journey

I began this journey thanks to my grandmother, who at the age of 80, asked me to teach her how to use a computer. Together, we created a computer training curriculum for beginners, and she encouraged me to take this work to others. Her bravery and willingness to learn at any age inspired Luxcentric’s mission. She taught me that no matter your technological skills, you can always learn, grow, and embrace new tools.

That’s the heart of what we do at Luxcentric—helping people, no matter their level of experience, get control of their technology and feel confident in their digital abilities.

Building Luxcentric: A Journey of Persistence

I also know that building a business, like mastering technology, is a journey. I didn’t come from a corporate background, and I didn’t start with a high-paying job to fall back on. I built Luxcentric from the ground up, through trial and error, with the goal of creating a business that would help support my family. It’s been a long road, but every experience has been invaluable in shaping Luxcentric into what it is today.
