‘Use-It-or-Lose-It’ Tackle Time refers to additional Tech Tackle minutes that must be used within the given month. These are meant to encourage regular tech check-ins and prevent tech issues from piling up.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain up to 180 minutes of unused Tackle Time, which expires after one year. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness and satisfaction.

I will usually respond to emails within 24 hours during the week (M-F) and can get you in for an appointment within 2 weeks (Usually within a day or 2 for subscribers).

Answering questions and sending instructions for things we have worked on. You can also send me screenshots of weird things your computer does, and I can let you know if we need to schedule a session.
