Being a computer expert means different things to different people.

I don’t know everything about computers and I don’t pretend to. I specialize in the basics. I can teach beginning and intermediate computer users how to do what they want to do and how to learn what they want to learn. I don’t waste time with the ins and outs of programming or bother with the latest computer fad. I focus on the goals of my clients.

I have clients who want print copies of pictures they receive via e-mail or Facebook. I help them do that.
I have clients who want to link an event calendar to their website and send out notices to large groups. I can help set that up and show them how to manage it.

Even though computers and technology is a major part of our world today, there is no shame in not knowing how to do something. Just don’t let not knowing limit you. What I can do, is help you do, what YOU want to do with your technology.
